Adventures in the Fakahatchee Strand Preserve State Park can be solo, Official Tours organized by the Friends of Fakahatchee, or any number of activities offered by the Park’s Permitted Commercial Operators. All Official Friends of Fakahatchee Tours are conducted by volunteer naturalists and proceeds go to support the Park. Additional tours and events are offered by Permitted Commercial Operators, and a portion of their ticket sales goes to the Friends of Fakahatchee to support our mission and the park.
